Size is not appropriate

I am a regular customer of Boots orvino since 2014.
Ordered 44 size shoe but this size is not appropriate, however my all previous shoes i m having even 11 years old shoes are still intact , size is 44.
I wore this shoe by thinking may be its leather and will loosen withtime, however it doesn’t.. very tight to my feet, specially right feet.. seems money waisted as its totally uncomfortable. If you could do with its size, please help.
