I ordered 2 pair of shoes of same article(exc 31 )and same color (broen)with two different sizes 15 may 2026.but when i recieved there is much difference in colors of both pairs.why this happened.i think there is no standard in manufacturing thats why one shoes pair color was dull and other was bright.although same color(brown) was written on package.after that i contacted customer support and shipped back the one which color was faded.customer support said that it will be exchanged with new pair.i sent parcel back boots representative said that it has been recieved and we will send new shoes soon.but till now 25 may it was not sent to me.now i try to call their representative at this number but they are not answering my call.
